Position: - HR Supervisor

Work Type: - Full -Time/ 6 Days 

Reporting Line: - HR Manager

Work Location: - Al Basra

Job Description: -

• Lead the recruitment Process for all levels, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates with pharmaceutical backgrounds when required.

• Assist in implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization’s goals.

• Identify training needs and oversee the development of training programs.

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and KPIs aligned with the company vision.

• Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution in compliance with company policies and Iraqi labor laws.

• Manage the payroll, compensation and benefits programs while adhering to budget constraints.

• Ensure accurate and enrollment of employees in the social security and maintain required documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in a leading HR role.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.

• Stronge Knowledge in Iraqi Labor law and social security.
